So far so good. Have a service plan there and they did a good job. Only problem is they diagnosed leak in steering rack in my mercedes (not the one pictured) but later when I took it to independent specialist they said there was no leak... Just topped up the fluid and after 2 months its still ok.

Had an emergency and couldn't have asked for a better response! Made a DIY mistake on my car, called Pentagon for help, told me to drive straight over and they would sort it. True to their word, sorted it whilst I waited, also gave tips on how to avoid same mistake! Excellent customer service
